He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Topper and Elaine Clark (Rosenthal). He is survived by: his sisters, Sharren Denton and Kelly Clark; his niece Ashley Watson (Matthew Conder); his nephew Justin Watson; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Inasent Palmer, Brooklynn Watson, Natalie Watson, Kira Bland, Alexis Bland, Austin Phelps and Kaide Watson.
