Victory; his children, Hunter Smith of Richmond and Idalis Phelps (Jonathan) of Eubank; his grandchildren, Raelynn Phelps and Lincoln Phelps; and his brother Berlin Matthew Smith, Jr. of Burnside. He is also survived by extended family members, neighbors and friends.
