She was predeceased by: her father Joe Ping; her husband James "Bunt" Phelps; her children, Jamie Lee Phelps, Tammy Lewis (James "Dickie") of Burnside, Tina Phelps of Ferguson, Jami Dobbs (Allen) of Ferguson, Carol Maynard (Harvey) of Somerset and Chris Phelps of Somerset; her great grandchild Reece Griffith; and her friend Betty Wallace.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jean Harpold and Clyde Ping; her grandchildren, Christy Lewis, Ruth Miller (Kelly), Chase Dobbs, Chandler Dobbs, Cameron Maynard, Cacee Dobbs and Caden Maynard; her great grandchildren, Devin Griffith (Jasmine), Brody Baker, Bentley Baker, Lauren Miller, Jaxx Griffith, Lachlan Miller, Riley Miller and Xavier Dobbs; her great great grandchildren, Blakely Tucker, Henley Griffith and Cohen Griffith; her sister-in-law Reba Hatfield; and her friends, Patty Garner, Joanna Sewell, Jane Hinkle, Max Lay and Jerri Sue Copenhaver. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
