He is survived by: his mother Lillian Maurine Dick (Phelps) of Somerset; his wife Atavia "Joyce" Dick (Stoops); his children, Eric Stoops (Chrissy) of Somerset, Ryan Davis (Bethany) of Carrolton, Jordan Dick (Kayla) of Eubank and Haley Jo Thurman (Austin) of Science Hill; his siblings, David Dick of Somerset and Carolyn Goff of Somerset; his grandchildren, Bayleigh, Kayleigh Stoops, Piper Ragan, Adalynn Davis, Jasper, Lainey, Tucker Thurman, Eligh, Ellie and Elliott Dick; and his siblings-in-law, Georgia Hislope (Chuck) of Harrodsburg, Rita Branscum (Jerry) of Science Hill, Peggy Acton (Randy) of Somerset and Joey Stoops of Science Hill. He is also survived by friends & relatives.
