He is survived by: his wife Lucille Pyles Crockett of Nancy, KY; his children, Ann Crockett Blackburn of Berry, KY, David Crockett and Stephanie Crockett Thomas; his grandchildren, Kristen Ryan, Michael Blackburn of Dry Ridge, KY, Amy Simpson of Williamstown, KY, Joshua Blackburn of Williamstown, KY, Lucas Jones of Somerset, KY and Rebecca Jones of Somerset, KY; his great grandchildren, Michael Garrett, Mason, Maggie, Beau, Jackson and Lacey; and his brother Gary Crocket. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
