She was predeceased by: her father Bobby G. Burnett; and her son Joshua Lee Ford. She is survived by: her mother Betty Lee Dugger Taylor of Somerset; her sons, Joseph Burnett (Erica Sizemore) of Somerset and James Ford (Jennifer) of Somerset; her siblings, Bobby Joe Burnett (Laurie) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Kristi Wynn of Williamsburg and Sherry Avery (Rob) of Somerset; and her granddaughter Cynthia Ford.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
