Stapleton (Fern) of Eubank, Kentucky, Eunice Stapleton Moore (Bobby) of Frankfort, Betty Stapleton Osborne (Robert) of Grayling and Peggy Stapleton Estes (Gibby) of Somerset, Kentucky..
She is survived by: her husband James Clarence Floyd of Somerset, Kentucky; her sons, Dr. Thomas G. Floyd (Cecilia) of Somerset and Dr. Michael A. Floyd (Dawn) of Nicholasville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Morgan Floyd (Miguel), Jonathan Floyd (Meredith) and Nathaniel Floyd of Nicholasville, Kentucky; and her great grandchildren, Gareth Floyd, Delaney Floyd, Teagan Floyd and Brynn Floyd. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
