She was predeceased by: her parents, H. T. Chapin and Lillian Chapin; her husband William Fain; and her siblings, James "Sonny" Chapin (Sharon), Lovina Clark and Venita Abercrombie.
She is survived by: her children, William Fain, Sherry Dick and Kerry Fain; her grandchildren, Heather Surber (Eric), Jacob Dick, Hunter Fain (Macy), Gracie Fain, David Fain (Macaela) and Emma Berger (Jeff); her great grandchildren, Sophia, Oscar and Jasper; and her sister Judy Gardner.
