She was predeceased by : her parents, Jeremiah Smith and Cora Mize Smith; her husband Glen Whitaker; her son Denny Adams; and her siblings, Delma, Vola, Lewis, Riley, Edwin, Edgar Smith, Melvina Inabnitt, Zula Mayfield, Lottie Phelps and Beulah Smith.
She is survived by : her children, Kenneth Adams (Barbara) and Linda Howard (Jeff) of Somerset; and her daughter-in-law Shelia Adams of Somerset. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Short Creek Cemetery Fund.
