She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Hamblin and Alma Hamblin; her husband Ken Pennycuff; her son David Chapman; and her siblings, Moses Hamblin, Zola Mattingly and Lou Ellen Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Marty Pennycuff (Trysh) of Somerset and Patty Moore (Chris); her grandchildren, Shelby Noah Pennycuff (Alyssa Creech) of Somerset and Kortney Meece (Matt) of Somerset; her great grandchild Josie Meece; and her siblings, Roy Hamblin (Lola), Herbert Hamblin, Dewey Hamblin, Charlie Hamblin, Peggy Pope and Nora Lewis. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
