He was predeceased by: his parents, Bige Begley and Stella Huff Begley; his wife Mazie Adams Begley; his son Douglas Begley; and his siblings, Bobby Begley, Carl Begley, Clyde Begley, B. J. Begley, Mary Huff, Edna Taylor, Opal Rainey, Dailey Huff and Daisy Begley.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna Martin (Darrell) of Eubank; his grandchildren, Leslie Clark (Jonathan), Troy Martin and Nicki Beasley (Allan); and his great grandchildren, Caeden Clark, Bram Clark, Quinn Clark, Hadley Clark, Piper Clark, Eliza Clark, Ayden Beasley and Brylee Beasley. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and several special friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Whitaker Cemetery Mowing Fund C/O Gene Whitaker.
