She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard E. Brotherton and Allene Hargis Brotherton Tarter; her stepfather Athel Tater; her siblings, Tamara Daulton, Ronald and Wendall Brotherton; her sister-in-law Diann Brotherton; and her nephew Eddie Daulton.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Bradley Bastin; her son Joseph Bradley Bastin II; her siblings-in-law, Karen Brotherton, Patty Jasper, Juanita Sloan and Gary Bastin; and her sibling's children, Teresa Haynes, Judy Daulton, Melissa Helm, Angela Brotherton, Aimee Brotherton, Eric Brotherton, Robin Bernal, Kent Jasper, Todd Jasper, Jeff Jasper, Brad Sloan, Amanda VanArsdale and Ashley Hickey. She is also survived by great nieces, and nephews.
