It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Meece Wright of Somerset, Kentucky, who passed away on May 16, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Meece and Edna Stigall Mounce; her former husband Jimmy Wright; her brother Ronnie Meece; her grandparents, Walter, Cordelia Stigall, Edgar and Lara Meece; her sons-in-law, Jimmie Guffey and George Davis; and her nephew David Meece.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Guffey of Monticello and Cheri Davis of Dayton, Ohio; her fiancé Homer Davis of Somerset; her brother Roger Meece (Debbie) of Somerset; and her grandchildren, Cindy Davis (Daniel Walden), David Davis, Brittany Phipps (Nathan), Jason Guffey, Alane Gregory (Brian), Isaac, Dustin, Anthony, Zetta, Katelyn, Cara, Logan, Riley, Autumn and Gage. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland, St Jude Children's Hospital or Pitman Creek Cemetery Fund.
