She is survived by: her daughter Melody Phelps (Dale) of Eubank; and her grandchildren, Rusty Lockard of Eubank, Rodney Lockard (Natasha) of Richmond, Kristany Wells (Justin) of Nancy and Joseph Phelps of Nancy. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
