Witt of Science Hill and Ashley Warren (Blake) of Eubank; his stepchildren, James Carter, Jr. (Bonnie) of Somerset, Ronald Carter of Eubank and Christy West (E.) of Louisville; his siblings, Gary B. Anderson (Ann Rea) of Lexington, Glenda M. Witt of Stanford and Linda L. Witt of Stanford; his grandchildren, Kortney Jones (Thomas), Brittany Corbin (Brandi), Keshia McKinney (Chas Duncan), Ashley Todd (Cody Sutton), Ally Todd, Brayden Warren, Mason Warren, Logan Warren, Tyler West, CJ West, Samantha Stogsdill (Scotty), Nathan Carter (Ashtyn), Jessica Hernandez (Chris), Samantha Stone (Billy), Matt Brown (Lucy) and Ashlee Byrd (Justin); his great grandchildren, Levi Sullivan, Brantly Sullivan, Laiklyn Jones, Skylar Jones, Blakely Garner, Oaklynn Blaha, Jenson Corbin, Francine Dickerson, Kamden Corbin, Kaiden Rodgers, Serenity Rodgers, JayCeon Duncan, Gracie Todd, Wylder Todd, Winston Sutton, Cade Sutton, Pierce Sutton and Jaxton West; his close friends, Dewayne Hodge, Rick Foster, Ben, Natalie William and Bobby Singleton; and his care provider Angie King. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Main Chapel (5900 US Hwy 27, Science Hill, KY 42553). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM.
