He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Robbins Francis; his daughters, Teresa Shadowen (Jeff), Lisa Heil (Dennis) and Debbie Isaacs (Mark); his grandchildren, Sara Shadowen, Sam Shadowen (Paige), Olivia Hashemi (Ryan), Hannah McAlpin (Tucker) and Haley Hall (Riley); his great grandchildren, Lennon, Olive, Tripp and Addie; and his sister Virginia Lykins (Jack).
The family requests that any donations be made to the Grace Baptist Church Mission Program.
