It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Dale Harris (Somerset, Kentucky), who passed away on January 12, 2026, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Harris and Joyce Harris Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Robin Mounce Harris; his siblings, Lindon Harris and Connie Rakestraw (Happy); his nieces, Tonya Stringer (Randall), Angel Rakestraw and Joy Carroll; his nephew Aubrey Harris; his friend Eddie Hail; his great-nephews, Cody Stringer and Ben Godby; and his close friends, Jeff Phelps, Mike Webb and David Skaggs.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Barnesburg Cemetery or the Pulaski County Humane Society. Checks can be made payable to your choice and mailed c/o Lake Cumberland Funeral Home at P.O. Box 1441, Somerset, KY 42502 in memory of Phillip Harris.
