She is survived by: her husband David Lee Wortman; her son Kevin Wortman (Samantha) of Eaton, OH; her siblings, Michael Brown, Brenda Davis of Lebanon, OH, Kathy Wahsum (John) of Lebanon, OH and Norma Brown of Lebanon, OH; her grandchildren, Michael, Serita and Valentina; and her close friends, Beverly Perry, Angie Phillips, Lupe Null and Marie McGowan.
