He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Jones and Eva Perkins Jones; his daughter Dee Gregory; and his siblings, Robert Jones, Noble Jones, Cloma Keith and Bertha Ross.
He is survived by: his children, Kirby Jones of Nantucket, MA, Gordon Jones (Tina) of Boston, MA, Paul Jones (Terrin), Roger Smith (Tammie) of Somerset, Sandra Jones of Nantucket, MA, Kim Morgan of Somerset and Marcy Dillman of Somerset; and his brother Paul Jones (Ruth). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
