We are sad to announce that, on June 13, 2024, at the age of 70, Ralph Edward Phelps of Somerset, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Phelps and Edith Phelps (Foster); and his sisters, Linda Burton and Martha Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Rita Phelps (Skaggs); his children, Justin Ramsey of Somerset, KY, Jennifer Todd (Richard) of Somerset, KY and Jill Didyk of Louisville, KY; his brother Michael Phelps of Eubank, KY; his grandchildren, Kaitlynn Ramsey, Chance Todd, Caleb Ramsey, Mason Ramsey, Lilee Todd and Reid Luckett; and his siblings-in-law, Charlotte Short, Nina Skaggs, Gary Skaggs (Delores) and Cary Burton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
