David Carr and Gwen Chitwood Carr of Somerset, Kentucky.; her fiancé Stephen; her caregiver Stephen Snell of Somerset, Kentucky; her children, Austin Bledsoe (Lauren) of Lexington, Matthew Slusher (Lindsay) of Lake Herrington, Kentucky, Kayla Carr of Lexington and Brooklyn Bledsoe of Somerset; her siblings, Justin Carr (Jeanie) of Erwin, Tennessee and Rachel Lange (Nathan) of Science Hill, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Emersyn, Blakely, Claire, Thomas, Luci and Linden. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
