She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Girdler and Angie Vaughn Girdler; her husband Charles Edwin Godby; her son Charles Edwin Godby Jr.; and her siblings, Arthur, Frank, Charlie, Ernest, Cleo Girdler and Rachael Redmon.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Lisa Godby of Somerset, KY and Rhonda Michele Peck (Gregory) of Richmond, KY.; her sisters-in-law, Barbara Girdler of Somerset, Vickie Nicholas of Somerset, Marlene Godby of Somerset and Donna Dykes of Indianapolis, IN.; and her sister Mary Girdler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and numerous Grand Cats.
