He is survived by: his children, Richard Held Jr. (Michelle), Susan Garrett (Rudy), Sharon Howard (Scott) and Pamela Held; his grandchildren, Andrea Smith (Mike), Jenna Faye Thacker, Byron Howard, Michael Barrett, Adam Howard, Aaron Crutcher and Claire Howard; and his great grandchildren, Garrah Vanover, Zachary Reynolds, Brianna Reynolds and London Thacker.
