He is survived by: his wife Patty Bullock; his children, Kevin Hibbs (Terri) and Lisa Rose (Brandon); his grandchildren, Charles, Katherine Hibbs and Isabella Rose; and his sisters, Glenna Teets, Arlene June Campbell and Velta Carpenter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
