He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Fitzpatrick, Sr. and Willene Gilmore Fitzpatrick; and his sister Brenda Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his wife Faydene "Faye" Walker Fitzpatrick of Lexington; his daughter Shasta Fitzpatrick; his brothers, Jerry of Monticello, Dennis Fitzpatrick of Monticello, Gary of Lexington, Benjamin Fitzpatrick of Lexington and Dwight Fitzpatrick of Somerset; and his aunt Christine Olds of Northern Kentucky. He is also survived by several cousins, other relatives and friends.
