He was predeceased by: his father Everett Stevens. He is survived by: his mother Connie Moore Stevens; his cousins, Pam Harris (Mike), Debbie Mick, Ann Pittman (Ricky), Vickie Lay and Larry Taylor (Pam); and his aunt Helen Petrey.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home (2110 KY-914, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
