He was predeceased by: his parents, David Gene and Bonnie Slagle (Dobbs); and his son Robbie Gene Slagle. He is survived by: his son Jason Tyler Slagle (Sherilyn); his grandson Clay Gilbert Gene Slagle; and his sister Jody Blevins (Darrell). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Viewing will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Main Chapel (165 KY-2227, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
