He is survived by: his mother Laveta Caudill Hargis; his brother Jimmie Ray Clark (Julie) of Hazard; his half-brother Jesse Clark of Indianapolis, IN; and his stepsister Holly Michelle Haynes (Luke) of Somerset. He is also survived by three children, two grandchildren.
