He is survived by: his wife Katharine Cook (Eirich); his sisters, Cindy Cook (Jesse) of Somerset and Mae Allen (Ricky) of Somerset; his parents-in-law, Mike and Dianna Eirich of Richmond, KY.; his siblings-in-law, Jon, Angie Eirich of Berea, KY., Jeff and Michelle Bullens of Stearns, KY.; his nieces and nephews, Brandon Adams (Kat) of Somerset, Robert Allen (Mike) of Bowling Green, Drew Eirich of Berea Kentucky, Katie Phelps (Brian), Marcia Brock (Chris) of Somerset, Danielle Stewart (Todd) of Ashland and Allison Eirich of Berea Kentucky; and his sisters, Jane Raisor of Somerset, Maggie Griffis of Somerset and Bonnie Goff of Somerset. He is also survived by 12 great nephews and 7 great nieces, and a host of family and friends.
