He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Bullock and Roxie Harris Bullock; his wife Ruby Hargis; his siblings, Denton Bullock, Willard Bullock, Beryl Harris and Nola Schwab; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Snyder, Paul Schwab and Verna Bullock.
He is survived by: his sisters, Donnie Carlton (Darrell) of Waynesburg, Ruth Masten (Joe) of Science Hill and Sue Snyder of Frankfort; his sister-in-law Alene Bullock of Somerset; his grandchildren, Scotty Stogsdill and Sara Beth Pence; his great grandchildren, Ryker Stogsdill, Chloe Stogsdill, Brylee Pence and Lanie Pence; his niece Sheila; and his nephew David Bullock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, including great and great-great nieces and nephews.
