He was predeceased by: his parents, James Noah Madden and Ola Volrath Madden; and his wife Rebecca Lewis Madden. He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Holtzclaw (Bill) of Stanford and Mary Madden Garrison (Bud) of Lawrenceburg, KY; his grandchildren, Chris Holtzclaw (Allison) and Jamie Garrison; and his great grandchild Jacob Holtzclaw.
