He is survived by: his wife Hazel Phillips Whitehead; his daughters, Beverly Burkett (Jerry) of Somerset, Barbara Smith (Rob) of Somerset and Brenda Smith (Gary) of Somerset; his grandchildren, Chasity Gregory (Denzel), Joshua Sutton, Casey Gregory (Austin), Samantha Stogsdill (Scotty), Chelsey Lockard (Jacob), Nathan Carter (Ashtyn) and Caleb Lyons; and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Chase, Macie, Weston, Khalessi, Cora, Madelyn, Nathalie, Oakley and Ruthie.
