It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ella Owens of Somerset, Kentucky, who passed away on February 27, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth Ella Owens to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Grover Burton and Mattie Burton (Hurst); and her siblings, Ronnie, Carl, Lloyd Burton and Bernice Burton Cromer.

She is survived by : her husband William Alfred Owens (WA).
