He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Frei and Phama McPheron Frei. He is survived by: his children, Desi Frei (Aislynn) of Science Hill, KY, Dustin Frei (Katrina) of Somerset and Samantha Glenn (Brent); and his sister Charlotte Frei of Somerset, KY. He is also survived by grandchildren.

The family wishes that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the UK Pediatrics for Neuro fibromatosis Tumor in care of UK Philanthropy, P. O. Box 23552, Lexington, Kentucky 40523 in memory of Sammi Ray Frei and in honor of the Frei and Glen Family. .
