She is survived by : her husband Milford Allen Jr.; her mother Jewel Dean Wagers Thomas; her children, Chris Grady (Abbey) of London, KY and Danielle Clontz of London, KY; her siblings, Melissa Young (Tim) of London, KY, Arville Thomas Jr. of London, KY and Roger Thomas of Somerset, KY; her grandchildren, Mollie Clontz, Maddie Wynn, Kennedy Baker, Sophie Grady, River Grady and Noah Radke; her stepchildren, Crystal Radke, Mark Jeffrey Allen and James Allen; and her children, Jannan Bowling, Rocco Bowling and Brittany Mullins (Michael) of Chase City, VA.
