She is survived by: her parents, Luke Durham and Amanda Beshears Durham; her grandparents, Brenda Durham of Somerset, Jerry Beshears of Somerset and Debra Beshears of McKee, KY; and her great-grandparents, Joann Goff of Somerset, Barbara Beshears Hurst of Somerset, KY and Grace Elzinga. She is also survived by extended family members, friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Shelby Durham Memorial Fund.
