She was predeceased by: her father Herbert Holbrook; her son Clark Middleton; and her siblings, Don Holbrook and Mattie Cox. She is survived by: her husband Gary Perior; her son Kirby Middleton (Angie) of Midlothian, TX; her stepson Mark Perior; her siblings, Ted Holbrook (Kaye) of Campton, KY and Ruby Collins of Richmond, KY; and her grandchildren, Lindsay Gaydos and Amber Mize. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
