She was predeceased by: her son Jesse Lee Pratt. She is survived by: her parents, Jim Avera and Judy Avera (Bolton) of Mt. Victory; her husband Jimmy Pratt; her son Cody Pratt of Somerset; her brother Greg Avera of Mt. Victory; her niece Brittany Avera of Somerset; and her nephew Tyler Burton of Somerset.
In lieu of flowers, the family request expression of sympathy take the form of donations towards the Tammy Rene Pratt Memorial Fund.
