She was predeceased by : her parents, Willie Ping and Nora Ping (Colyer); her husband Raymond Phillips; and her siblings, Doris Daulton, Deloris Ping, Zena Ping, Verla Brown, Arnold and Carneal Ping.

She is survived by : her son Cary Keith (Laura) of Somerset; her siblings, Don Ping (Linda), Richard Ping, Gerald Ping, Marie Hudson, Loraine Whitaker, Alberta Miller (Howard) and Linda Mefford; her grandchildren, Caleb Keith and Livia Keith; and her friend Liz Turpin.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home (2110 KY-914, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM.
