He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Todd and Sue Ellen Blakenship Todd; and his siblings, Wayne Todd and Katherine Todd. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Wells; his children, Melissa Richards, Jennifer Stringer, James Stringer, Crystal Hart, Dallas Todd, Brad Todd and Travis Todd; his brothers, Ron Todd and Bernard Patton; and his son Thomas Stephens. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
