He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Todd and Sue Ellen Blakenship Todd; and his siblings, Wayne Todd and Katherine Todd. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Wells; and his children, Melissa Richards, Jennifer Stringer, James Stringer, Crystal Hart, Dallas Todd, Brad Todd, Travis Todd and Thomas Stevens.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Marvin E. Owens Home. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Marvin E Owens Home.
