She is survived by: her husband Wayne P. Isaacs; her daughters, Rhonda Hail (Sam) and Amy Perkins (Ron); her grandchildren, Allie Jo Hail and Gabriel Ray Perkins; her siblings, Judy Hardwick (Eddie), Barbara Shelton and Herman E. Spears (Darrell Jones); her in-laws, Jerry "Chicken Man" Isaacs (Mavis), Carolyn Wilson-Burton, Doris Dills, Betty Flynn Howard, Chuck Girdler (Donna) and Willie Bales (Jackie); her son-in-law Ron Perkins; and her caregivers, Jerry Isaccs, Chuck, Donna Girdler, Herman Spears, Darrell Jones, Judy, Eddie Hardwick and Barbara Shelton.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Southern Oaks Funeral Home (2110 KY-914, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at the same location.
