She is survived by: her husband Donald; her children, Marlon Carter (Daryl) of Laquey, MO, Donnie Carter of Somerset and Marla Harris (Rick) of Somerset; her grandchildren, Derek Harris, Shane Harris, Milo Carter and Dana Carter York; and her siblings, Victor Warren (Rachel) of Waynesburg and Fonda Singleton of Eubank. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
