He is survived by: his wife Evelyn "Sue" Thomas LaFavers of Somerset; his daughter Elizabeth Warren (Brian) of Somerset; his stepchildren, Traci Goff (Ron) of Somerset, Amber Passmore (James) of Somerset and Jonathan Barnett of Somerset; his brother Delvin "Perry" LaFavers (Debbie) of Russell Springs; his grandchildren, Michael Stonecipher (Ashley) of Somerset and Kylie Warren of Somerset; his stepgrandchildren, MacKenzie Shelton of Somerset, Grace Goff of Somerset and Alexie Flyn (Jordan) of Monticello; his great grandchild Elliot Stonecipher of Somerset; his stepgreat-grandson Leo Oliver Keller of Somerset; Shirley LaFavers of Somerset. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; and his former wife and mother.
