She was predeceased by: her parents, James Foster and Maelee Waddle Foster; and her siblings, Timothy Foster, Janet Carrol and Linda Foster.

She is survived by: her husband Dennis Rogers; her siblings, David Foster, Larry Foster, Thomas Foster, Johnny Foster, Marilyn Foster, Patricia Foster, Carolyn Holloway and Tina McGowan (Martin); her nieces and nephews, Ryan McGowan, Kendra Honaker and Joshua McGowan; and her great-nephew Hezekiah Honaker. She is also survived by friends and family.
