He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Stephens; and his daughter Sabrina Stephens. He is survived by: his mother Earlene Griffitts Stephens; his daughter Heather Stephens of Somerset; his fiancée Renee Phillippi; his children, Jett, Jackson and Jessica Phillippi; his sister Deana Osborne of Somerset; and his nephews, Cody Osborne of Somerset, Silas and Sawyer Jones of Lexington.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Vince Stephens Memorial Fund C/O Southern Oaks Funeral Home and to Gideon Memorial Bible Fund.
