He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Burton (Ben) and Jenny Sparks (Jason); his grandchildren, Brandon Mayfield, Caitlin Mayfield, Jasmine Burton and Kylee Sparks; his great grandchild Jason "Baby Jay" Hall; his brothers, Larry "Joe" Eads and Banks; the mother of his children Brenda Gillispie; and his pet Roscoe.
