He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Haley and Lela Hunton Haley; and his wife Vicky Haley. He is survived by: his caregiver Norma Jean Whitis; his sons, Bobby Scott Haley of Franklin, KY and Brian Junior Haley of Franklin, KY; his siblings, Dale Haley (Tina) of Bowling Green, KY, Shirley Calvin and Jo Nell McDaniel (Harold) of Paducah, KY; and the mother of his children Juanita Haley.
