He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Burdine and Mearl Goodin Burdine; his former wife Billie Marie Burdine; his wife Ida Burdine; his daughters, Christina Burdine and Kelly Gunter; his grandson Brandon Burdine; his siblings, Charlotte Harp, Geraldine Marsee and Gilbert Burdine; his niece Kristy Lashley; his close friend Harold "Bo" Wilson; and his brother-in-law Stephen Salvador.
He is survived by: his siblings, Vickie Meece (Mike) of Somerset, Lisa Salvador of London, KY and James "Steve" Burdine of Somerset; his close friend Laura Vaughn of Somerset; his granddaughters, Kayla Polley and Heather "Nikki" Murphy; his great grandchildren, Malachi, Eli, Chayim, Bryson and Dallas; and his nephews, Jason Harp, Arlis Burdine, Joey McClendon, Shawn Deaton, Justin Burdine and Michael Deaton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and other extended family.
