She was predeceased by: her parents, Shelby Clarence Shepperd and Beulah Brown Shepperd; her husband Ervin Cook; and her siblings, Clara Beshears, Fred Shepperd, Edna Dietz, Howard Shepperd and Clark Shepperd.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirlene Wanda Cook Yanders (Danny) of Nancy, KY and Dr. Tawnya L. Cook Muse (Dwight) of Somerset, KY; her granddaughter Sherri L. Yanders Fox (Chris) of Parrottsville, TN; and her siblings, Wendell Shepperd (Lila) of Somerset, KY, Donald Shepperd (Ann) of Springfield, OH and Anna Sears of DeLand, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
