She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Godbey (Margaret) and Margaret Minton Godbey. She is survived by: her husband Jackie Allen Howard; her children, Lowell Valentour (Panhia) of Atlanta, GA, Steve Howard (Vickie) of Mt. Victory and Tammie Shelley of Burnside; her sister-in-law Barbara Pitman of Corbin, KY; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Shelley (Joseph), Matthew Shelley (Ginger) and Waylon Howard; and her great grandchildren, Zoey, Malachi and Stephen.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy be made to Cumberland Missionary Baptist Church in memory of Wanda Howard.
